Why we collect it
Data is used to operate debate rooms, authenticate users, prevent abuse, improve platform quality, and generate AI verdicts. We do not sell personal information.
International users and regional rights
DebateDaddy serves users globally. Where applicable, we support GDPR-style rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) and CCPA/CPRA-style rights (know, delete, correct, limit use). To request these rights, email privacy@debatedaddy.com.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. You may request account deletion at any time.
